Hi All

Hope you are well!!

Just a question, is there anyway to change the format of the table or create a form which could be exported to excel in the following format:

Original Format of Table is:

Date | PerfCumilitive | PerfNumberDeadline | Missed |
28/09/06 6 5 1
29/09/06 8 6 2

The format that I would like it in once it gets exported to excel is:

Date 28/09/06 29/09/06
PerfCumilitive 6 8
PerfNumberDeadline 5 6
Missed 1 2

Is there anyway to do this in the table or when exporting to excel.

Thanks for any help and suggestions
Kind Regards
Mark

In Excel simply use the Transpose worksheet function.

Hope This Helps, PH.

Thanks for your help.

Hi PHV

Just wondering do you think if you create a macro in excel to do the Transpose that you could import that into the VB Code part of Access and run it before/after the export.

Thanks
Mark

1) Export the Table (or Query) to Excel
2) Use OLE Automation to instantiate Excel and Transpose the data.

Hope This Helps, PH.
