Table display difference in Paradox 9

I am a tech support rep. The software I support uses a Paradox database. I have 2 databases where the same table in each displays in an odd way when opened in Paradox. When I open this table in all the other data sets, it displays in what I consider a normal form. White columns with black text. When I open the same table in the 2 problem databases most columns display in gray. The column with email addresses is displaying the text in blue as if they were an active link. There must be something different about this table that I am just not finding. I have compared the structure information and secondary indexes between the tables and don't see any differences. The program will not print a certain report with these 2 databases. Can anybody tell me what might be causing these differences?

Display for tables is controlled by the tablename.tv file.

You can delete this, and all displays will return to the default.

You can also open the table in tableview, then select Format | Properties and then select Delete to remove properties that have been set on a tableview.


As to printing, nothing to do with the above. 'Will not print' doesn't help to narrow it down.

As to the email field, it IS an active link unless you turn it off.

Tools | Settings | Preferences

Lower left, click on Disable Hyperlinks and your internet addresses won't be hilited, and won't activate browser or e-mail client, any longer.
