I really need the cell borders to show up in ie when there is no cell contents. HTML 4.0 says <table rules=all> should work but of course ie dosnt support it. (it looks a little buggy cause there is php in it. view source for a better look)

one of my friends says putting

in each cell will fix it. but i mean cmon there has to be a real way of doing it.

As far as I know this is the only way. You could of course put a very small transparent gif in there instead but I think it must have some kind of content
