Table Conflicting with onMouseOver?

Hello,
I may be crazy but it seems like if I have a table inside a <div...> with a "onMouseOver" attribute, and you mouse over the "edges" of the table, it will trigger the "onMouseOut" event, even though it is still inside the <div...>

Anybody heard of this?

What browsers have you tested this on? Supply a test page that just shows this problem happening, and a list of the browsers you have tested to come to this conclusion. It could be the lack of a doctype. It could be the falut of a specific browser. It be both.
