TABLE ARRAY IS PICKING IN MY DATA

I have being working with v look up, but today i am using a data to do v look up, the second step ie table array is not picking, but if i used another different data its work. please what is the problem associated with the data i am using?

i tried to copy the data to another sheet but it did not work. pleaseI need your help
