Hello,

have used tables before, but not had this issue as cells always contained little info.

Using standard table code.

I want to get this effect:

Row 1 Blah Blah Blah

Row 2 Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Bla
h Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah B
lah

But I get this:

Row 1 Blah Blah Blah

Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Bla
Row 2 h Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah B
lah

In other words, when the right hand cell contents enlarges to fill more than one line, the left cell text centres.

How can I make it stay at the top?

I am sure this is simple !
Thanks in advance.

A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools.

Excellent.

Guessed at align=top but forgot the v.

Cheers.
