Tabbed Pages

I have an existing app that I now need to add tabbed pages to. Does anyone know how to do this?

Basically the app shows the status of 8 serial ports and now we are adding 8 more ports and I need to add another page to the app. They are wanting tabbed pages so a user can click on the tab at the top and see com ports 9-16.
