Tab Order for ListBox/ComboBox controls in Excel

I have dropped several List/Combo boxes on a sheet in MS Excel. Is there a way to set the tab order of these without using VBA, as the tab order only needs to be set at design, not runtime.

Hello, I have also dropped several combo boxes into an excel spreadsheet and I have not been able to assign the Tab Index order either in the properties window or on the VBA side. It is not an option in either place. Please advise
