OK. I have to admit that I'm stuck. I don't know if I'm just being silly or what.
A user opens Outlook Express and presses the button for Compose new mail. The new mail dialog comes up no problem.
When they begin to enter an address the full address appears in the "To" field. When you press TAB to move to the next field Outlook actually types a TAB and erases the remainder of the address. It does not move on to the next selection.
The TAB key appears to function fine in other applications.
Huh!?
