Is there a way to gain focus on a checkbox when the tab key is used? This means that if one follows the tab order on the form and lands on a checkbox, as this is a checkbox the insertion point does not display. There is no way to know that you currently have focus on your checkbox, how does one see the focus?

Typically the label/text attached to the checkbox will have a border around it when it gets focus. Sometimes either you don't have a label or it's hard to see.

You might consider the OnEnter and OnExit events.

OnEnter
BackColor = blue

OnExit
Backcolor = grey
