Tab Control not in Control 1

I have a form, when it first comes upthe tab control promptly puts the curser in the first tex box right where I want it. If I click the Next command button, in the form footer, the tab control does not return the the first text box like I would like, but instead it remains in the form footer. Any ideas on how to get it to always go to the first text box, kind of like a default setting? Thanks alot in advance.

Set your focus in the On Current event of the form.

I have a procedure already running there. Can it run with that procedure? If so, what would the line be for it? The text box is EmployeeNumber. Thnaks for the response.
