Tab Control for Visual Basic

I am looking for a tab control for Visual Basic 6. The tab control needs to look really swanky! I've taken a look around and like the look of the one on the home page of

http://www.salesforce.com/uk/

It has mouse over events, clean lines and all round just looks better than the standard MS control.

As I say, the things that are important to me are the mouse over events and the web style look and feel

I'm more than happy to purchase a control so please don't limit any recomendations to freeware.

I think that tab control is done with a graphic on the background of the page
You could make you own using MSpaint or Photoshop and put a transparent label over each area to click on.

You could probably even extract the graphic from their home site page.
