TA1232 Hunt Group

I have a KX-TA1232 and am trying to set up a basic circular hunt group.

From what I can find I need to program:
106 (hunt type, ring circular etc)
131 hunt group members
813 floating number set up

The problem is when I try to configure 131 it is not accessible. 131 is also not in the programming manual I received with the unit. Is this a feature that must be purchased separately?

it depends on the country the system is from, the euro system has ext hunting but the USA model uses user groups for hunting(not sure of that setup)
