TA1 Trouble

[HIPAA]

I have version BTSA4H 2.0 .I have trouble creating TA1.
Can you Please Sugest me which way is good for me to Handle TA1's.
Trading Partner Manager - is it takecare automaticaly TA1?
I have to create same process like Chanels,Ports,Receve Function....
If possible sugest me Steps to create TA1 using BTSA4H 2.0, how i can go throw....

I come accross a solution to my Q?

Here it is:

The BizTalk Accelerator for HIPAA 2.0 can create TA1 automatically if the ISA14(Ack Requested) is "1".

you can also do using Trading Partner Manager(TPM),
TPM automatically create document definition, port and channel for BizTalk to create TA1. At the same time, you can manually create those.
TPM just makes it user friendly.
