Will the DISA Card KX-TA82491 allow me to route the Collers to multiple Extentions ?
Example
for Sales press 1 - 1 Extention
for Cust Service 2- Rings on 3-4 Extentions?

As the ta824 only routs to single Extention.

Imean sorry TVS-50 Voice mail does it.

Ring groups can be rung from the DISA routing. It's pretty straightforward, you put the extensions into a ring group and then use a digit or default to the ring group.

Thanks
So you mean it will work on What i'm trying to accomplish.

The TA-824 does not have ring groups. It is like the 624 in that regard. The only option that works is routing a station port into a trunk port and assigning that to ring on the phones.

Not exactly true, the 824 has ring groups, you just can't get to them except via DISA. Which was the whole problem, the TA-824 U.S. version has ring groups off DISA which is free. The TES-824 probably has real ring groups, but no free DISA card.

Not to be rude in all of this, but it would be much easier to get a TDA50 with a TVA50. You now have a real office phone system. The 824 was designed more for the home and very small offices with limited requirements for a phone system.

Just my 2c worth.

Thanx a bunch!
