T9406 install manual 1

I have a 0x32 with T1 release software that one of our leasers put a T7406 wireless telephone on with out asking. My problem is that I've never worked on a system that had one of these phones on it or a customer that ever requested one so I don't know anything about it. I can't locate a install manual for it online so I can't confirm the station programming is correct. I want to make sure the programming is setup right so it doesn't mess with the system. Anyone have an install manual for a T7406 phone in pdf format or know where I could lay hands on one?

You may want to contact your vendor, somebody had to install or even sell your company the T7406. I'm not doubtig you abilities in any way, but you did say you've never worked on a system that had these phones on them.

It programs in a similar fashion to an M7310 except the button mapping is 1,2,3 - 7,8,9. But an experienced vendor is also a good idea as there are other programming and installation issues with an RF device that do not present themselves with wired sets.

Presumably you are posting because there's a problem. If the T7316 has been installed and is working fine there is likely no need to fuss. It won't hurt anythng. It either works or it doesn't.

Thanks for your advice Roldan but our vendor only sells us equipment we install it. This T7406 phone was just swapped out with a M7310 by an IT (PC tech) person at one of our leased clinics. Although I have installed a lot of Norstars over the years this is the first T7406 I’ve ran into but from what you have said Arr it sounds like it should work ok, Thanks. In the mean time I’ll keep checking around to see if I can find one of the manuals just to confirm it’s setup right.
