Hi there,

I just replaced a T7406 with a T7406E because the 7406 is broken. The cordless phone is used in the warehouse with some paging speakers. When they used to do paging ( page to Speakers and digital phones at the same time)with the T7406, it worked fine. However, now with the T7406E, when they do paging in the warehouse, there is too much feed back/ echo and making the squeaking noise. The customer claimed that they were able to do paging at that same sport before. Nothing was changed in the Amp volume. I have already asked the customer to turn down the volume on the T7406E, but no luck.

Any suggestion? Thanks for any reply.

There is no control over the microphone volume, one solution is to get a digital recorder made for this application it records the page then when you hang up it pages, or a piece of scotch tape on the inside of the mic and poke a couple of holes.
