Has anyone had an issue answering line 1 on a T7406e when 2 or more lines are ringing in at the same time? I have a customer that has 3 lines on their system. Lines 1,2 and 3 all appear and ring on the cordless T7406e phones. If line 1 starts ringing in and then a second call comes in on line 2 before you get a chance to answer the first line, you're able to answer line 1 but can't hear or be heard until you put the line on hold and pick up again. There is no issue when you answer line 2 first. They have 2 T7406e phones and the problem happens on both. Could it be an issue with the base unit itself?

Tried rebooting the base station, but that didn't change anything. Also tried de-registering and resetting the phones and that didn't help either. Did a feature *81 and flipped the lines around and found that the issue sticks with line 1. For now, I'm just having the customer answer line 2 first if they are both ringing at the same time. I don't have another base station laying around to swap out to give that a try. There's no issue with his T7316e phones, just the T7406e's.

Make sure all the pin-outs are correct on the TCM1-4 cable pairs you are using:
White/Blue, Blue, White/Orange, Orange, White/Green, Green, White/Brown, Brown

Hint: you will need to rearrange the wiring at BOTH ends of a Cat-5 cable.
