I have a client who has been using a T7406e for years without difficulty who started having trouble recently with her call dropping and then the BCM400 calling both parties to re-establish the call. She is within a few feet of her base station when this occurs. I have replaced the handset and cabling from the base unit to the wiring closet so far.
Any other suggestions?
