I have a Problem with this phone working off a BCM 3.5. After i set up the base unit and test the phone it works fine, but after a few days the reception on this cordless phone gets static and the customer can barely hear

you probably have a bad phone ... or a bad location for the base ... or just the office environment is not very radio conducive

try replacing the phone
try replacing the location of the base
try replacing the station port
