T7406 won't sleep...

I have a 616 system w/ DR5 DS. I have one M7310 and 2 T7406 sets (same base station), with more to add. The problem I have now is that one of the two cordless sets will not sleep . . . all calls are released, no features are active, but the red antenna light and the screen backlight stay on, and the time & date is always on the display.

Any suggestions on how to correct this so the handset will sleep? Thanks in advance!

As far as I'm aware there is no option to disable sleep mode. It activates after 15 seconds idle time. You could try removing the battery to see it rests itself.

Thanks for your suggestion! Removing the battery alone did not seem to work, but when combined with turning off power to the base station, it seems to have reset. Again, thank you.
