T7406 Ringing problems

Phone worked perfect for several months, now whenever it receives a call it has a constant ring for 8-10 seconds with a half second break, then another long ring. This pattern is abnormal and is annoying to the customer. Any ideas on what the problem is and how to fix it?

All I can think of is maybe try reinstalling the phone from scratch.
