T7406 "Conversation Mode"?

Hi all,


I have a user that has a headset attached to her t7406 portable phone. Suddenly the headset doesn't work and it says "Conversation Mode" on the display.mit actually says "Mode Conversation" in French so in assumed the translation.

Can't find anything in the manual about it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure in programming headset is enabled.
