t7406 not connecting to base

Installing 3 phones to base CICS. After setting up 1st phone the 2nd and 3rd phone linked together sharing port 111. Set 2nd phone to base with separate ID and security code and it worked fine. After I setup the 2nd phone the 3rd phone no longer has the antenna in display, now when I set id to 3 and security code is set, all the phone does is say scanning, still no antenna. Any ideas how to correct this?

i do not understand what actually is going on
but couple of things to be corrected

1. Cannot share ports (if usign 3 phones, 3 TNs need to be used)
2. Security code is common to all sets in a base, IDs vary
