anyone here able install the T7406 in a Nortel Meridian PBX? I'm not sure if this phone is compatible with that system.

Some Norstars say meridian on the front cover of the KSU. Do you know what you are working with exactly, like the software version perhaps?

if you are using a 7324, 7310, 7316, 7208, 7100, 7410(!)
then you may use a 7406 on the same system

but if u have a 2 series/3 series phone ...then you have a meridian meridian system and the answer is NO

There is a very good wireless phone for the Meridian 1 which emulates a M2616.
It is the Aastra CM16
Far superior in every repect to T7406, I wish it was available for Norstar.
