T7406 Cordless phones

Help!! I have a T7406 cordless base with 3 handsets on it. I have 2 of the 3 handsets working the 3rd handset I can not get working - I first thought it was a bad port and the base. I have replaced the base but still the problem is there we have taken the 2nd handset which I know works and moved it to port 3 on the base but It still want work. Does anyone know what could be wrong. Thanks

- Make sure each handset has its own ID (1 to 3)
- The security code should be the same as the other two handsets.
- Test the line cord going into port 3 by plugging it into a M7310.
Other than these, I don't think there's much else involved in installing a T7406. ;-)
