t7406 cordless lost intercom button

I have a T7406 that when I first installed and programmed the phone, everything was great. But sometime in the last couple of weeks, it lost the intercom key on the phone.
It was there when I installed the phone, and it would ring and light up if it was called, but now if you call the extension number, the phone rings but no buttons light up, and none of them will let you answer.
Any ideas or suggestions, I tried everything I could think of, tried to disconnect the power and power back up. Any ideas appreciatted.

Replace the base with a normal 7310 and see what buttons are programmed on the set...if you have an intercom button on the 7310 then programming should be OK. If not, add an intercom under Line Access.

Right. Sounds like someone was playing around in programming.

Assign a handsfree key (not auto) and it will bump the Intercom key up.

Thanks everyone,I got it fixed. I plugged a T7316 into the jack, and saw the intercom key showed up on the very bottom right column, so I went into programming and copied it from another set.
