T7316e with Kim module won't restart

I have 2 T7316e sets with KIM modules which will not come on after a system reboot - you have to manually reset [ unplug / plug in ] after the system is up, and sets work fine.

??????

Any thoughts? Other Nortel sets on the TCM card start properly.

Same thing happens with 1616's and BM32's (1416's and DBM32's are fine) they haven't fixed it for the last few releases so I wouldn't hold your breath
