T7316E Telephone devices

I wonder does somebody knows how to use to head phones in the T7316E telephones in order to have the one for answering the phones and the other to participate in the calls for training purposes. Is there a jack or some other device that you can insert in the cord and after in the device?

Have u considered using the Feature 802 group listen function?

From memory you have to switch it on for each individual call but it might help.

I know that GnNetcom and Plantronics both have a dual connection training connector and you can chose listen and talk or listen only supervisor connections.
