I have a user that does a lot of conferences on speakerphone on a T7316E. She complained that when the phone rings in it's very loud and distracting. I tried turning down the volume while on a speakerphone call. It doesn't appear to help. Can anyone tell me how to lower it? Thanks TJ

also she can put the phone on dnd (f85) (f#85 to cancel)
this will stop the ringing while she is on her call

Set her phone to DND on busy. You can find this under capabilities of her extension.
