Does anyone know where I could find the differences between the NT8B27JAAH & NT8B27JAAA? Which is newer/better & why? Thanks!

H would be newer ...i dont know of any functional differences

Dont know the p/n but there are two 16s-t7316-t7316e.The 7316 acts just like a m7310.The E depending on the rel. s/w
of the switch will put the line on the top and you can put a kim T24 on it.

Cook, the part numbers I have are listed in my original message. Both are T7316E. The difference is the last 4 digits of the PEC "JAAA" or "JAAH". I thought the newer model used the "handset" picture(s) in the line indicator LCD, instead of the normal "triangle". I have a "JAAH" in stock, (which I assumed was newer), but I do not see the "handset" in the LCD.

I'm wondering - could it be possible taht the phone I have has had the LCD replaced with an older version?

In Nortel numbering scheme JAAH would be newer than JAAA.
