T7316E message indicater (red light) stays on

Has anyone seen this, just got a call from a client stating she had messages, checked them F981, deleted them, had them with the off premise messages as well, removed those as well and the red light stays one?

Any idea

try F#68 ... or the phone might be bad

I will try it, what does F#68 do, when I enter it at my desk, the display goes blank, touch a key and display comes back?

Check if that set is not alternate extension of another box mail

When you do the # 65 it will say on the screen where the MSG came from.
