T7316e light not lighting (when receiving a voicemail)

Got a customer with fiber between two buildings. Have the fiber module extenders hooked up and working. At the second building, the lights are not lighting when receiving a voicemail. The light flashes if someone calls the extension. Any ideas?

In mailbox admin is the mailbox allowed for notification/light?

Do they light in the main building? The resaon I ask is because you need at least 6.1 I think to light the lights on the T series phones.
