I have a T7316e that seems to be functioning normally (w/ T24 KIM), except the 2 line text display is blank. Indicators for keys function, as do all the buttons. I can make and receive calls, just no display.
I have tried rebooting the BCM50, moving the phone to a different port, disconnect & reconnect, but it doesn't want to show a display.
The odd thing is that it was working about 2 days ago. I noticed the display was cutting off half of the bottom row of text. At that point, I tried to reconnect the phone to get it to reboot. From that point forward, I have been unable to get any display on the set.
Has anyone seen this before? The phone is less than a month old and I don't have any other T-series phones as the rest are IP.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
