I've purchased phones from them before.
Click on Plastic Parts
Scroll down to T7000 series
Click on a T7316 / T7316e phone
Looks like they have the plastic strips for 40 cents
(actually, it looks like the strips don't have the shaded divding lines as the ones that come with the phone, but if you're just looking for something to keep the strips in place, that should work).
