T7316 Phones on Startalk - Message Indication?

I recently tested a 7316 on a Startalk Mini & a Startalk Flash Voice Mail. I got the "Message for you" on the display but no Red message light on the phone when a new voice mail message was sent to the phone's mailbox. The Red light flashes on an incoming ringing line.

Does anyone know of a way to get the red light to work on a voice mail message or is this a limitation of Startalk with a 7316?

The message waiting light is a function of the Norstar, not the VM. Requires at least MICS/CICS R4.1 software or above or BCM.

OK - Thanks. I got negative results from a MICS Release 1/T1 version and an older Compact 616 DR5 Norstar.

Anyone else agree with sprucegrover?
