Hi Everyone,

New here. Our phones recently reset because our IPS lost battery power (how it happened I have no clue since it is plug into an outlet). All of our programming was lost. I asked our in office tech to have my phone ring for incoming calls, because our office is moving in a month he refused. He's on holidays and when the phone rings and our receptionist is on the phone I can barely hear the ringing. Not good for business especially when I back up on reception. I have looked every where and I can't find the programming to make my phone ring.
Any help? I have a T7316E.

T7316 is just a phones
Its a phone system that handls the programming, call your local Nortel vendor (Norstar Tech) to come in and program.
You will not get passwords for any programming or training how to navigate programming on any forums.

Otherwise go to the reception and do Feature *80 and press the volume bar.
