T7316 Message waiting Minimum requirements

What are the minimum requirements for the MWI on a T7316? This is mainly for internal voice mail, Call pilot - NAM.

What is the minimum software level level required by either a Norstar KSU and/or a Norstar Voice mail to make the Message waiting light work on a T7316 E telephone
