T3 array

I am thinking of upgrading to a refurbed T3 array. I understand the battery lasts two years and can be hot swapped which I like. My question is, will I use raid manager to config it? If not, what are the options there?

With the new firmware a script is supplied to extend the battery age to 3 years.
Configuring you do by telneting into the array, or connecting to the serial port, no extra software on the host is needed.
