T24 showing wrong info

I have 2 T7316E with 3 T24 heatch and, for some extentions, they don't show the right info (i.e. the extention is in call forward and the t24 shows nothing). The phones are running on a MICS 7.0.


any idea?

Is the set programmed as a KIM/CAP position?
Check under system programming

Also those are programmable keys, have you tried to program them?
F*2 for Internal Auto Dial

F*3 for a Features

Yes my 2 sets are KIM/CAP programmed and all my buttons are configured with F*2

F * 0 then press the buttons to see what they say on display, if wrong then re-program the key and test.

Not sure if you have supplied enough info other than the KIM does not show if the set is in Call Forward Mode?.
