Has the T24 KIM been discontinued ?

I thought T series would be biz as usual too.

Tried to order and told no dice. They are discontinued :-(

Not cool, if it's true.

Some useful links:

I've looked over Avaya's site and I cannot find anything about discontinued T series sets and or KEM. I've put an email in to the head of DevConnect and I'll let you know what he responds with.

It does not make sense to EOS the sets yet since BCM is alive, extend from March to October so I would think the KIM would be included however the link above shows its parts such as labels etc discontinued.

Try another dealer or quiz current for evidence.

I talked to another person I know at Avaya and they told me they can't find any internal listings of the 7000 digital deskphones....which ultimately means the product has indeed reached end of sale!

I don't get it.....can't they sell the manufacturing of this stuff to Aastra or some other willing company? If they have a system that supports it (IP OFFICE), UCx by Emetrotel supports these sets and the Mitel system that supports these sets (that someone posted a few weeks back), someone should still produce these phones!

Oh well.....Guess we'll have to settle for the Avaya digital sets.

I see only platinum BST series terminals for
the Chinese market as EOL, that is the only one under 7000 series.
I dont think they carried over the M series from the Nortel site.

I received another email back and they can't confirm it at this time......so recall my last email for now until we know the facts!
