I hope someone out there on techland can give me directions on how to keep my tie line from dropping.
The T1 is disabled every morning and it drops at least twice during the day.
I've already had my provider test the line which they tell me its clean.
This tie line is between an Aspect ACD system and a 61C PBX. When the T1 is down the alarm status on my 61C is always RED, this leads me to believe that the problem is with my PBX.
The T1 is setup as DTI D4/AMI, the channels are set up as VCE.
Any ideas or sugestions will be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried setting you Threshold in LD 73 to the max on the different items. There are two that should stay low but dont remeber which one they are. Dont use the defaults. How does the LCNT look for the loop? RED usually means a wiring problem local but if the CO is loosing connection, it will cause a RED alarm also

unkalary thanks for the advice, I think you are right!
The treshold settings are setup to low which in turn forces me to restore it manually.

I went ahead and change the treshold settings:

Many thanks for your valuable tip unkalary, the T1 loop has not drop once in the last 24 hours.
