T1 taking slips, ckt bounces

I have chgd the card and cabling. I think it might be a clocking issue, the dchannels are set to EXT clok, but where does it come from? other ckts? if so, would taking other ckts that were cabled up to a CC effect this T1?

GO TO LD 73 AND PRT YOUR DDB THIS WILL SHOW YOU WHERE YOU ARE CLOCKING FROM. ONCE YOU DO THIS YOU CAN SWITCH TO THE SECONDARY CLOCK AND SEE IF THE SLIPS CLEAN UP, IF NOT REPORT IT TO YOUR PROVIDER.
