change programming to T1, (parameters B8ZS, ESF usually and MUST match the CO)
enable hardware
program lines as pool/ e and m
program target lines to match the DNIS/DID digits sent by the CO
assign target lines to sets
detailed programming in the installer guide

I looked in the installer guide but still haven't found it. Can you point me in the right direction in the manual, and thanks for your help.
