T1 red alarm

I have a IP500 at 5.0.8 with 27 Red alarms since yesterday. There are not alot of people at this office and we have switched out the PRI card. Verizon had a hard time getting this circuit up. They are using a soft switch? I have never had many problems with a T1 in the IP Office. Has anybody put in a verizon t1 on this soft switch please let me know?

Red alarm means it cannot see the other end of the T1 link so either the cable is disconnected (which in this case it hasn't) or if your T1 card is ok the kit on the other end is not responding at all :)
