1. Calling locally - The AT&T T1 wants to see the area code, so to call locally, they are having to dial 1+area code+ number. Can the digits 1714 be added if they dial 7 digits?

2. They want the main number (3000) to ring 3 times on 3018, then 3022 twice, then 3012 twice, then go to the auto attendant.

OVERLAYS are a fact of life, get used to them!

You could program an Auto Dial button on each set and use that when placing calls. Don't forget to update any Speed Number lists (personal or system) in the system with 1714, or those calls won't go thru when the mandatory period starts on the 23AUG2008.
