I have a situation where we are using a Adtran CSU/ACE and the Teleco is stating that the problem appear to be with the vendor equipment ie Avaya IP Office. When calls come into the IPO switch they appear come in and out over the backup analog lines. We never see anyting hit the sys monitor. What tools can I use to troubleshoot that operation of the T1/PRI on the Avaya IP Office
