Hi,
I'm contracting a new T1 for the Long Distance, but they are requesting me the type of signalling do I need from the AT&T equipment to my PBX (Meridian Option 11c).

Choices are:

DTMF Wink (Dual Tone, Multi-Frequency wink with digits)
ICOPNOP (No digits, Wink start)
MIOPNOP (No digits, Immediate)
DP/IMMED (dial pulse, immediate start (Ok with DNIS)
MF WINK (Multi-Frequency wink with digits)

Please help me. What's the correct choice?

If I were ordering new service, I would ask for a new T1 with ESF B8ZS and use 4 wire e&m with wink as signaling both ways. If it is only outgoing the make the OGT in the route. Never heard of alot of the choices you listed. Just make them 2 way with wink(ogt) wink(inc) as the option. Of course use DTMF
