T1 inbound working, outbound not so much 1

My first time with a T1 so be gentle. Inbound is routing in just fine, however when I dial out using 9 (default ARS table) I get an incompatible message on the phone. On my system status this is what I see...

Any ideas?
 
Cause Code = 1 ....Means unallocated/unrecognised number, this can be the number you dialled or the number you are calling from, you probably need to send a valid number for your trunk :)

As soon as I added the full number to the ICR instead of the last 4 it started working again. Thanks for reading the tea leaves otherwise known as monitor error codes. Where can I send the bottle of scotch?
 
You can have that one "on the house"....never did like scotch anyway :)
