T1 Hum

Has anyone ever heard of a T1 giving a ground type hum intermittently? I have a customer with a MICS & T1 service, he says every so often they get a ground type hum on conversations. The provider says the T1 is good (of course) but I don't ever remember a T1 doing this before. It's a really long drive so before I go I thought I would get any input you guys might have. If this is a T1 and not a PRI you can check each channel on a phone. Just assign the channels to a set a check each one it could be a bad channel.

Thanks for the input. Do you think if it is a bad channel would it be provider or could it possibly be the DTI card.

Provider most likely.

Went there Today and it was not the T1 at all, they call out on analog lines and receive did calls on there T1.(go figure) The problem was on one of the analog lines.
